Facilitated Change Management Process

This process is designed for Change Champions, Change Agents, Change Facilitators, Human Resources Leaders, Directors, Executive Management, and CEO’s responsible for transformational or revitalization change initiatives.

Program Goals

As a result of participating in this facilitated process, participants will:

  • Create a clearly defined future state, with set targets for the change initiative
  • Rigorously assess the present situation, gaining an understanding of what is helping and what is inhibiting the change
  • Focus on how to manage the transition from the current to the future
