Our Client is a growing Ontario company in document destruction management, providing one-stop solution for document management and secure mobile shredding services. They pride themselves on establishing long-term relations with their clients, built around outstanding customer satisfaction and are looking for a Business Development Representative to build business within a specific GTA territory. Candidates with a competitive nature and passion for above average income will be successful in this role.
Reporting to the Vice-President, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth by selling to new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets as defined by Management.
- Provide price quotations, information and service demonstrations to clients.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate to and work with the VP to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
- Provide input into territory marketing programs for specific services.
- Submit weekly activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 2 years proven success in direct business-to-business sales and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Strong ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
